WORKING TOGETHER
Service terms
Updated 19 September 2026. New terms apply to bookings agreed under them; existing agreed terms are not changed retrospectively.
Requests and quotes
A request is not a confirmed appointment. We confirm the scope, price, access arrangements and schedule with you before work proceeds. Your written quote describes the agreed work and its expiry date. We seek your agreement before carrying out extra work.
Site access
Please tell us about access limitations, hazards, pets and anything that could affect the work. We will contact you if weather or unsafe conditions require a change, and agree a suitable new time.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Cancel or request a new time free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice before the confirmed appointment start (Adelaide time). With less notice, a regular-client cancellation or rescheduling fee may apply, capped at 50% of the agreed price for the cancelled visit and no more than our reasonable net loss after saved costs and replacement work. This is reviewed, not charged automatically, and applies only where these terms were disclosed and agreed before booking. We explain any proposed charge and waive it for genuine emergencies, cancellations by Clean Mowing, unsafe weather, or where Australian Consumer Law gives you a right to cancel without a fee.
Use your client portal, email info@cleanmowing.com.au or call 0433 954 944. Notice is measured when we receive it, including outside business hours, not when our team responds. If you leave a voicemail, include your name and appointment details. The portal records a request for the team to confirm; it does not delay a cancellation that takes effect under Australian Consumer Law.
NDIS services
NDIS clients: no cancellation or rescheduling fee applies under our current arrangements. The regular-client cancellation fee does not apply to NDIS services. Any future change must be agreed with the participant in advance and comply with the applicable NDIS rules; it will not apply retrospectively or create a personal charge because an NDIS claim is refused.
We respect the participant’s service agreement and billing arrangements. An invoice is not a guarantee that an expense is eligible for NDIS funding. Where an agreed payment arrangement differs, we follow that arrangement.
Invoices and payment
No deposits are required. Payment on the day the work is completed is appreciated where possible; payment is due within 7 calendar days of the invoice date. Existing agreed payment arrangements and already-issued invoice due dates continue to apply.
All amounts are in Australian dollars. GST treatment, payment details and the due date appear on your quote or invoice. Use the payment methods shown on your invoice or in your portal. Contact us promptly about a disputed amount or difficulty paying.
Refunds and service concerns
Contact info@cleanmowing.com.au or 0433 954 944 with your job or invoice reference and the issue. We will assess your concern and provide the remedy required by Australian Consumer Law. For a major service failure, you can cancel and obtain the refund you are entitled to, or keep the contract and seek a price reduction. For a minor problem, we will put it right at no cost within a reasonable time; if we cannot or do not, further remedies may be available. You may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. We refund payments for work not performed, less only a lawful, previously agreed cancellation charge where applicable. We explain the calculation and arrange payment with you; refunds are not limited to store credit. These terms do not limit your statutory rights or impose a deadline that removes them.
If Clean Mowing cancels and you do not agree to reschedule, there is no cancellation fee and any payment for unperformed work will be refunded. A cancellation request does not itself process a refund; our team will review and reconcile any invoice or payment. Refunds of NDIS-funded payments are arranged with the original payer or plan manager so they return to the appropriate funding source.
Your consumer rights
Our services come with guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, including due care and skill, fitness for a disclosed purpose and completion within a reasonable time where no time is agreed. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or replaces those rights. See the ACCC’s information on remedies for service problems.
