Privacy information

Clean Mowing collects contact details, service addresses, job notes, photographs you choose to upload, contact preferences, NDIS participant numbers when you choose NDIS services, signed photo-consent records, client documents such as NDIS service agreements, and records of quotes, bookings and payments to organise and provide our services.

How we use your information

We use it to respond to requests, schedule work, manage customer accounts, prepare quotes and invoices, and maintain business records. Authorised team members can access the information needed for their work.

Photo consent and client documents

Sharing photos of our work on social media or this website requires your optional photo consent. You can read and sign the consent document in My account, decline, or withdraw later without affecting your bookings or services. Managers and Owner can upload a form signed in person to record consent, or record a withdrawal. We keep the signed wording, name, date and decision history so the current permission can be checked. Other uploaded client documents, including service agreements, are available only to Managers and Owner; clients can access their own consent records, including uploaded signed consent forms.

Service providers

This website uses hosted infrastructure and an identity provider. Where connected, email and payment providers process communications and payments. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not collected in this portal. Address suggestions send the address text you type to Photon (Komoot), using OpenStreetMap data. Your NDIS number and other form fields are not sent to the address provider. Service providers may process information outside Australia.

Access and corrections

Contact info@cleanmowing.com.au or 0433 954 944 to request access, correct your details, raise a privacy concern or discuss deletion. When an owner or manager deletes a client, the profile and linked records are moved to an archive for 30 days. During that period owners and managers can review or restore them. After expiry they are unavailable and automatically deleted during the next portal cleanup.

Website visit statistics

We record visits and page views on public pages to understand how our website is used. A random identifier in browser session storage groups activity in the same tab until 30 minutes of inactivity. We do not store your IP address, form entries, query strings or referrer in these statistics, and do not use advertising cookies. Raw visit identifiers are removed after seven days during the next traffic or portal cleanup; aggregated counts are retained for reporting. Staff can view aggregate statistics, not individual browsing histories. Browsers with Do Not Track enabled are excluded. These counts are estimates and cannot identify individual people.

Your choices

Only upload photos relevant to the work. Avoid including people, identity documents or other sensitive information. You can contact us directly if you prefer not to use the online form.
