Talk to the teamWhat does a mowing visit include?
Tell us about your lawn and the finish you want. Your quote will set out the mowing, edging and tidy-up work included, along with any agreed extras.
Can you remove grass clippings and green waste?
Let us know whether you would like waste removed or have a suitable green bin available. We will confirm the disposal arrangements and any charges in your quote.
Do I need to be home?
We can discuss access before your visit. Tell us about locked gates, parking and any areas to avoid so we can agree on suitable arrangements.
What should I do with pets?
Tell us about pets when booking and arrange for them to be safely secured away from the work area during the visit.
What happens if the weather is unsuitable?
If conditions affect safe access or the quality of the work, we will contact you to discuss a replacement visit. Please keep your contact details up to date.
Can I arrange regular lawn care?
Yes. Ask about weekly, fortnightly or monthly visits. We will agree on the scope, frequency and price with you before a recurring schedule starts.
How much will it cost?
Every property is different. Send your address, the service you need and a few photos for a personalised quote. Access, lawn condition and disposal requirements can affect the price.
How do I view my visit and invoice?
Sign in to your client portal to see jobs, quotes and invoices. When the team shares a completed visit summary, you can also view the work description and selected job photos.

Clean Mowing is not a registered NDIS provider. We welcome plan-managed participants and can arrange invoicing through your plan manager for eligible lawn care services.
Please confirm that the services are covered by your plan and agree payment arrangements with your plan manager before booking. Funding is not guaranteed.
Our NDIS payment option is for plan-managed funding only. We cannot accept NDIA-managed (agency-managed) funding.
