The Easy read button at the top of every page makes the text bigger, the layout simpler and the contrast stronger. It remembers your choice on this device.

We want everyone to be able to get a quote, book a visit and pay an invoice, whatever device you use and however you use it.
KEYBOARD
No mouse needed
Everything works with a keyboard. Press Tab to move, Enter to choose, and Escape to close a window. A “Skip to content” link is the first thing on each page.
SCREEN READERS
Labelled and in order
Forms have labels and say what needs fixing. Photos have descriptions. Pages follow your device’s text size, and animation turns off if you’ve asked your device to reduce motion.
What we aim for
We build the website and the client portal to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and we check pages as we change them. We haven’t had the site formally audited, so some things may still be hard to use.
If something doesn’t work for you
Please tell us. We’ll help you another way straight away, for example by phone instead of a form or email, and we’ll fix the page.
